Who are you?
Jason Williams, Managing Director of X Digital Media and I’ve owned a few businesses in Warrington since 1998. My interests are Man Utd, snowboarding, music and playing golf.
How did the business come about?
Businesses, workplaces and schools are facing increasing pressure to become more agile, to streamline processes and find more cost effective ways to operate. We give them an easy way to do that. From innovative digital signage to the latest touchscreen technology, we create bespoke packages to help all kinds of organisations connect visually with their customers.
Our products enable organisations to increase brand interaction, improve communication, streamline processes, and manage the movement of people more efficiently. Above all, they help organisations to cut costs and increase revenue.

Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know?
When I was 18 I was playing golf and got a hole-in-one. The problem was, I was playing alone and no one else saw me do it, so no one believed me!
Sitting between two large cities means that Warrington has to punch above it’s weight to attract businesses and retain its workforce, It does this and the proof shows in it’s vibrant business community. Warrington is an excellent place to do business.
What job or achievement makes you most proud?
Having left school with just 2 “O” Levels and poor prospects, I am proud to have grown one of my previous businesses to a £7m turnover employing 75 staff in Warrington.
Who are the people most important in life to you?
Family, friends, business associates.
What is your ‘get through lockdown tip’?
Try and stay in a similar routine as before, and appreciate any extra time gained from not commuting or dealing with work.
